Job Title: Field IT Support Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Profile Setup (Profile, Token and Alert Activation)
- User Training & Support
- Client visits and Issue Resolution.
Qualifications
- B.Sc (2.2 minimum) in Computer Science or a related discipline with at least 2 years experience as an IT Support Officer within financial institutions
Key Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of computers and computer networks as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- A corporate appearance is desirable.
