Objectives
- To ensure regular technical assessment of equipment and installations in the plant for integrity and compliance with HSE standards
Key Job Responsibilities
- Monitor plant inspection, welding inspection and material inspection and testing of equipment and other installations for integrity and performance assessment
- Ensure leak surveys and corrosion monitoring on equipment and installations to determine corrosion rate
- Coordinate material specification for new installations and materials for repairs, replacement or fabrication of parts, vessels or pipes and report on the schedule of inspection and testing of installations
Requirements
- First Class or Second Class Upper (First Degree) in relevant Engineering disciplines
- Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit (minimum) in relevant Engineering Disciplines, plus Master’s degree
- Certification/Membership of relevant professional body
- NYSC Completion/Exemption Certificate
- Applicants must not be more than 37 years of age as at 31st December, 2018.
- Applicants must have Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience .
- Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
