Qualification
- B.Sc, HND or equivalent in Sciences or Social Science
Job Experience:
- Not less than 10 years experience in a similar organization
- Managerial skills in golf club management
- Co-ordinate and controlthe activities ofthe club
- Show knowledge of the game of golf or experience in sports club administration
- Show skills in man-management. That is:
- Able to organize & work with people
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Must be able to show that he or she can liaise with exco, subcommittees, members & the public on issues that may affect the club
- Must show how to plan work, club activities & programmes
- Must show key management skills of leadership, motivation, club budgeting, communication, planning etc.
