Responsibilities
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
- Performing risk and value management and cost control
- Prepare proposals for presentation and defence
- To be responsible for ensuring projects' compliance with all corporate commercial & prac- multidisciplinary knowledge in the following functions: Project management, engineering, contracts and procurement, construction, commissioning, project controls, risk and interface management, extensive technical knowledge of architectural and engineering systems, engineering calculations, applications of engineering methods and materials and application
- QA/QC review of Technical and Financial Proposals
- QA/QC review of Expressions of Interest
- Responsible for structural analysis and testing
- Development of Relations with Foreign Associates
- Vetting and Approval of Bi-weekly Reports
- Carry out regular safety instructions for the system design and construction team
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of a proposed project, including constraining factors and project budget
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
Requirements
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years in Business Development and Consultancy
- Ability to make fast and proper decisions
- Ability to execute job estimations
- Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Must be creative, Innovative, honest and hardworking
- Experience in Proposal Writing
- Good communication skills
