Job Summary
- The Showroom Attendant is responsible for managing payment transaction, cash collection and reconciliation and provide support in the areas of customer service to clients.
Job Roles
- Management of quotation and Payment transaction with customers
- Collating and providing daily report of sales
- Educate clients in their process of product selection.
- Resolving customer compliant effectively.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a sales and customer service officer role.
- Must have strong persuasive and organizational skills.
- Must be very presentable and polite.
