General Requirements:

- Ability to learn and memorize programing languages
- I.T skills in Microsoft, Software and Networking
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Technical writing skills
- Versatility
- Ability to handle multitasking
- Experience in ITIL and MCSA
