Job Requirements
- Preferred candidate who must be a graduate must demonstrate a previous experience in managing human and material resources
- Candidate must be a good communicator; both written and oral, a team player, a management person and at home with political-economy
- He/She must be knowledgeable in macro-economics, administration, research, intelligence, marketing and should ideally be a training facilitato
- He/She must be self-motivated with proven strategies to increase revenues through programs, workshops and seminars within a short period of time
- He/She must be focused and result orientated and should be highly organized with an eye for details
- Knowledge of Onitsha business community and the key players is major consideration
- Over fifteen years work experience from the banking sector in Onitsha market is an added advantage.
