Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Kano
Description
- The Business Manager directs and supervises activities of all functions on site to achieve the company’s goals and objectives relating to sales, profitability, productivity, and customer relations.
- Business Managers might also develop and implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the business unit complies with company policies.
Requirements
- Must be resident in Kano
- First degree in Business Administration or any related field and an MBA
- At least 5 years mid-senior level management experience that reflects ability to manage teams effectively
- Sound people management skills
- Community relations skill
- Great interpersonal skills
- Very good business sense
- Excellent organization, communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Basic financial management skills
- Very good in the use of Powerpoint and Excel
- Have excellent analytical orientation
- Desire to be part of close-knit group operating in an intensive environment
- Must be fluent in Hausa.
