Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos
Details
- This is a full-time position in Lagos. Days and hours of normal business hours, but may vary.
- Ability to work under own direction and control
- Has previous experience of short duration refurbishment contracts
- Has experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a contracting environment
- Has experience of running projects within the Private Sector e.g. Commercial, Leisure, Residential, Retail
- Has the ability to demonstrate a solid track record throughout their career
Required Qualifications and Learning
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in Quantity Surveying
- IT literate
- Good communication and team work skills
- Experience of running multiple sites
