Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Diploma Engineer
- Minimum 2 years for graduate engineer and 4 years for diploma engineers in the enterprise network operations and maintenance.
- Sound knowledge of enterprise network architecture and technologies, customer complaint handling and resolving.
- Database maintenance, Analytical and Presentation skills
