Job Tittle: Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Sr. Engineer-Enterprise Customers
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance of each enterprise customer.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports of up time, service availability, failures, service degradations and share the same report with the customer.
- Escalate to the right people in case of service degradations
- Study the RCA of service degradation and ensure that the recommendations given in RCA are implemented.
- Maintain database for each customer & manage it.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Diploma Engineer
- Minimum 3 years for graduate engineer and 5 years for diploma engineers in the enterprise network operations, Performance monitoring and reporting.
- Sound knowledge of enterprise network architecture and technologies, customer complaint handling and resolving.
