Job Title: Head, Group Resources & Company Secretary/Legal Adviser
Location: Nigeria
Job Brief
- To oversee the Human Resources, Admin, General Internal Services and serve as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to the group.
Basic Requirements
- Should be a Lawyer and Administrator with relevant experience in Corporate Secretariat Services and knowledgeable about corporate regulatory and statutory obligations
- Should be highly computer literate and versatile with ICT system solutions.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in a relevant organization which should be at Senior Executive level Associate membership of ICSAN will be of advantage
- Minimum of 7 years post-bar experience
- Should be between 35 and 45 years
