The Role
The management consultant will be involved in providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth or improving business performance of the company and her clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out research and data collection on projects related to company operations.
- Conducting analysis of industry trends.
- Interviewing client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions.
- Identifying problems, giving hypothesis and give solutions to the issue.
- Management of client relationship
- Managing projects and programs and also lead team members.
Job Skills and Specifications
- Identifying issues and forming hypotheses.
- Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions.
- Must posses leadership skills and motivate others.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Running focus groups and facilitating workshops
- Preparing business proposals/presentations
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Need to have thorough knowledge of the latest industry trends.
Education and Qualification
- At least a Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field
- Additional qualification is an added advantage
- Not less than 2 years experience in a similar role
