Job Description
- The Demand Programs professional has end to end responsibility for program planning through to execution.
- Demand Programs is accountable to the brand and customer set business leaders for delivering agreed to levels of program results.
- Demand Programs develops the program strategy which supports the business strategy/objectives and integrates the right mix of Demand Generation, Channel Enablement, Channel Co-Marketing, Thought Leadership, Relationship Marketing, Communications, and Direct Response Advertising.
- The Demand Programs Manager collaborates with marketing discipline peers (MM, MI, MCO, External Relations, and Corporate/Brand Advertising) to ensure that messages are well coordinated and timed in the marketplace.
- Demand Programs will create a plan that encompasses a 360-degree execution plan after they have finalized their unique value proposition, defined their targeted audience segment to prioritized industries and determined the selected product/solution offerings through a specific routes to market.
- This upfront program planning is done based upon the gathering and synthesis of the input from Market Management individuals in the various brands supporting the program.
- Demand Programs has responsibility to manage the program budget to an expected ROI and achieve/exceed the program objectives.
- Demand Programs owns and manages agency and vendor relationships in support of the integrated program plan.
Requirements / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 4 years experience in Marketing
