Job Description
- The Medical Representative will be responsible for Organising appointments and meeting with community, distributors and hospital-based healthcare staff.
- Achieving visibility in trade and outlets - wholesalers and distributors, retailers.
- Maximising volume delivery and achieve company’s objectives fast.
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organisation partnerships.
- Growing market share for the brands.
Requirements/Skills
- Aggressive Market Penetration Skills.
- Excellent Negotiation and Communication Skills.
- Ability to Influence sales outlets by building value and encourage them to believe in the company’s brands.
- Ability to Effectively manage resistance from difficult prospects so as to make successful sales.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, organised team player.
- Candidate must have Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interested Candidates must be able to drive and must have a valid driver’s License.
- Candidate must also be willing to work within Lagos,South West and South East Geographical regions as applicable.
Education:
- Candidates must possess a B.Pharm degree with at least 2 years Sales Experience as a Medical Representative and must also possess a Pharmacy License to Practice Certificate.
