Job Title: Head of Commercial/Marketing

Job Description:
The successful candidate will focus on developing and growing the company s business nationwide and will report directly to the Managing Director/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies that will increase the company s market share and profitability
- Develop and expand sales of all company s products
- Provide direction and leadership for sales and marketing team nationwide toward the achievement of sales growth in line with the company s business operations
Qualification
- A minimum of a Masters degree in a related discipline
- Candidate should not be more than 42 years
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and delivering on sales and marketing strategies to meet company s objectives
- Must be a team player with a passion for target achievement
- Possess high commercial acumen
- Strong client relationship management and high level networking skills.
