Job Description
- The General Manager, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing overall sales and marketing strategy of the company, under the direct supervision of the Managing Director.
- She/he shall oversee the effective deployment of business development managers to achieve agreed sales targets.
- In directing the activities of his/her team, The GM, Sales and Marketing will coordinate with other functions in the firm at the strategic and tactical levels. This role reports directly to the Managing Director.
Requirements
- The requirement is for a sales and marketing professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the growth of market share in the business segment and market penetration of the company’s brand.
- The successful candidate would hold a Master's degree in Marketing and related disciplines and a track record of success in similar positions.
