We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Coordinator

Job Description
  • Plan long and Short term maintenance needs
  • Responsible to respond to all directives from directors on administrative issues
  • Oversees the preparation, analysis, negotiation and review of contacts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products or services.
  • Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mails, materials scheduling and distribution, record management etc.
  • Ensure contracts, insurance requirements and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly in relations to administrative issues
  • Ensures Staff Out-station allowances are being paid as at when due
  • Provide insight on all people related issues (people capabilities, organisation, leadership and culture) .
  • Work with staff, managers and executives to develop and ensure administrative initiatives and strategies are well implemented
  • Lead and ensure effective and efficient delivery of staff PPEs and work tools
  • Oversee general office administration; develop and implement supporting systems and processes to enhance business operations
  • Manage administration and security activities and personnel
  • Handle logistics including travel bookings and visitor schedules, including establishing a regular travel and visitors plan.
  • Handle visa applications for visitors and expatriate co-workers.
  • Handle administrative and logistical aspects of expatriate co-worker assignments, such as arranging house leases, security, vehicle, etc.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage
  • Minimum of 6 years administrative experience
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
