Job Description
- Developing and achieving performance goals (long/short term) and objectives in order to achieve customer promise expectations.
- Manage and ensure resolution of customer complaint, and work towards non-repetition of the same issues based on quality of service and expected level of service.
- Measure the performance and acceptance of customer service delivery and implement change; to advance customer understanding and use of service and product.
- Follow up on every client that called in for support, re-opening unsatisfactorily resolved issues and monitor progress to a complete and satisfactory resolution.
- Present to management periodic statistics and report on total number of renewals, total number of reported problems, and total number of closed and pending issues.
Requirements
- A relevant degree in public or business administration or in human resources management.
- Minimum of 8 years, 6 years working experience in customer service management or related activities.
- Outstanding diplomacy that will consistently produce win-win result for the customer and the company.
- Good knowledge of computer use as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to deal patiently with complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult people.
- Absolute passion for ensuring great customer service experience with every customer.
- Good leadership skills and ability to create ideas to ameliorate customer service standards.
