Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
- Maintain and update existing and new customer databases.
- Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
- Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies.
- Presentation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
- Evaluate marketing strategies, plans and proposals.
Person Specification
- HND/B.Sc/B.A with at least 1 year post NYSC experience in Customer Service or related fields.
