Requirements
- Candidates should possess an LL.B/BL and 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience in commercial law
- Experience in corporate finance, corporate compliance, financial regulation and company secretarial practice will be an advantage.
- The position is for proactive persons who possess good research skills and an aptitude to learn new things.
