Role Overview

  • You’ve previously managed day-to-day operational activities, including production, human resources, business development and accounting processes.
  • You are a motivated leader who thrives in creating a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity and can work unsupervised, in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ultimately, you will be responsible for continuing the success of our daily business practices - and ushering in a new era of growth as BH Stripes Ltd. expands her businessportfolio into other African States
Job Responsibilities
  • Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
  • Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
  • Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
  • Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
  • Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company / division
  • Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
  • Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
  • Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
  • Act as focal point to manage existing portfolio offoreign business partnerships
  • Be knowledgeable in importation and clearing of items upon delivery – (from form M opening to duty payment and inventory of cleared goods)
  • Willing to travel on short notice to participate in Business Development campaigns and exhibitions
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
  • Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
  • At least 3 years experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role
  • Must have excellent communications skills and able to communicate using divers media
  • Proven experience with business and strategy development processes
  • Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
  • Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development
  • Ability to understand and speak French fluently will be an added advantage.
