Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Division/Department: Personal Lending
Reports To: Head, Personal Lending
Work Relationships: Risk Management, Customer Engagement, Operations
Job Summary
- Page is seeking proactive and result oriented Sales Executives
- The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new prospects and cultivating new accounts while collaborating with partners in cross selling of existing accounts.
Essential Job Functions
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.
- Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients.
- Reach and exceed monthly sales target.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for target market.
- Analyze financial statement to determine customers’ credit status.
- Follow up on loan repayment in accordance to repayment schedule.
- Supervise Direct Sales Executives to achieve better results
- Serve as point of contact for customers and respond to their service related queries.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Minimum 2:2)
- Master's Degree or MBA will be an added advantage
Skills Requirements:
- The ability and desire to sell
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, confident and determined approach
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Skills to work both independently and as part of a team
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Sales Executive
