We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: NSN Access MW BO Engineer
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Technical support for NSN MPR and UBT family radios
- 2nd level fault diagnostics and resolution on Access NSN MPR and UBT radios.
- Provide High level support to field teams for fault resolution
- Carry out periodic health checks on the MW links
- Capacity and configuration management on access MW radios.
- TT handling within SLA
- Carry out CR implementation as may be required
- Actively engages and partakes in interdomain related support.
- TX optimization report analysis and detailing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline, preferably with 4 years or above relevant working experience..
- Basic understanding of IPRAN
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
