Big C Multipurpose Mall is a retail and entertainment destination comprising of supermarket, fast food restuarant, bakery, bar and entertainment section based in Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos.
We are seeking to fill the position below:
Job Title: Supermarket Manager
Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
The role:
- Will ensure that financial objectives are met and that all aspects of the store are running smoothly at all times.
- Will achieve the successful operation of the entire store.
- Will ensure the systems and best practices are in place to control the activities in the store for effective operation.
- Will maintain and follow the guidelines of company policy and procedures and comply with all the requirements.
Requirements
- The applicant should have 5 - 10 years relevant experience in a similar job role
- The applicant should have excellent managerial and communication skills
- The applicant must be willing to work under pressure
- The applicant must be ready to resume immediately
