Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in the Social Sciences or related field.
- Masters Degree in Community Development Education would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in community relations position.
- Track record of building and managing alliances and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Good background in promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent judgment and sensitivity.
- Ability to present information concisely and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Conflict Resolution and Negotiation skills.
