Job Title: Senior Siebel Business Analyst
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- The ideal Candidate must have experience in the Telecommunications Sector with Siebel as a domain.
- Must have at least 7 years relevant experience
- Business requirement elicitation, analysis, planning and providing functional solutions.
- Developing functional specifications as required by the scope of the project.
- Knowledge and experience of Business Support Systems and/or ERP Projects CRM, Billing, Payments, BI, Mediation and Provisioning.
- Business engagement and external stakeholder management; should be able to liaise extensively with end/business users.
- Good team player and able to work alone when required.
- Motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
