Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering data, writing detailed reports on findings, identifying new markets, marketing services to prospective customers and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Application of creativity, motivation and organization to study trends and patterns and make decisions to steer the business into the right direction.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
- Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors’ activities, outcomes and sales.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
- Evaluate market penetration and determine brand perceptions and reputations.
- Communicating with customers, competitors and suppliers and developing strategies to increase market reach.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Educational Qualification
- CBAS certification (an added advantage)
- HND, B.Sc or Graduate Certificate in Computer Science or related field.
