Job Title: Credit Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the credit profile of the bank, Managing and monitoring of the bank wide PAR % at every given time, Supervising of all loan processing officers, Managing and vetting loan processing, Managing the bank’s loan profiles and ensuring the monitoring of repayments without default.
- S/He will be responsible for Ensuring all loan documentation is complete and valid, Resolving all loan processing and repayment issues, Monitoring progress of existing loans & escalation to recovery where required, Allocation and monitoring of loan officers.
Requirements
- If you have Proven work experience as a Credit or Loan Officer or other related fields, Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products, Ability to create and process financial spread sheets on excel, Strong analytical skills, Good Customer service experience,
- B.Sc in Banking and Finance, Economics or related field then this job is for you.
- Proven experience as an accountant in a Microfinance or other financial services industry will be an added advantage.
Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 per month.
