- A Ph.D in the Social Sciences or Humanities with eight (8) years cognate experience.
- Demonstrable capacity and working knowledge of ICT
- Demonstrable capacity for planning and organizing training programmes on large scale.
- Demonstrable capacity to work in a group and as a team leader.
Conditions of Services
The remuneration shall be commensurate with that of a Director in the Commissions.
