We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Operations Excellence Officer
Location: Nigeria
The Job
- Collect, analyze performance metrics data and lead root cause analysis within the plant or mill effectively.
- Assist the Operations Excellence Manager to drive implementation of continuous process improvement activities with Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Coach milling personnel on operations excellence competencies in order to increase productivity.
- Ensure process improvement activities and initiatives are sustained and standards adhered to accordingly.
- Drive daily operational reviews with the support of the Mill leadership team.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Science or Engineering related courses.
- 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
- Certificate in Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow/Green Belt is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3 years cognate experience.
The Person Must:
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Be result-oriented.
- Have good communication skills.
