Job role
The successful candidate reports to the Regional Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for the perfect execution of the commercial activities of his/her sales team.
- Ensure coaching and the professional development of his/her sales team.
- Ensure understanding and execution of the commercial rules and guidelines of his/her team.
- Develop the channel, customer and consumer expertise of his/her team.
- Drive the increase of numeric distribution and price compliance within his/her Sales Area.
- Ensure perfect execution of commercial assets.
- Manages administration of Senior Sales Officers activities for his/her team.
Required candidate profile
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Should not be older than 40 years as at January 1, 2013.
- Must be able to work with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite).
- Should have a minimum of two (2) years sales experience at managerial level in a FMCG industry.
Educational Level:
- Have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours Lower Division or Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit in any of the following areas: Marketing, Business Administration and related discipline.
- Should provide evidence of participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption.
