Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced energetic and passionate software developer to work with our dynamic and cross-functional teams in delivering world-class solutions that enable digital streaming and content distribution.
Job Responsibilies
What you'll do:
- Design, build, deploy, extend, and support a highly available and scalable infrastructure for digital streaming and content distribution.
- Lead the design thinking process for our technologies and services, with the objective of building products that deliver an experience that our customers would love.
- Work with our business and product teams in all phases of development, from ideation to release and to track and analyze the impact of features and functions across all our product lines.
- Set the framework for continuous and innovative improvements of all products in line with our global roadmap.
- Lead all product quality plan efforts.
Job Requirements
What you'll bring:
- Ability to contribute effectively on any part of the stack - from back-end services to data layers to web interfaces
- Hands-on experience building and deploying software and web applications in Java
- Experience designing and building distributed and scalable systems
- A good understanding of sound engineering practices like continuous delivery, defensive programming, and automated testing
- Interest in new technologies and a desire to build quality products and tools that people love using.
- Experience using cloud computing platforms, team-based version control systems, development frameworks, third-party development libraries, web services development, and relational databases
