We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Outsourcing

Job Description
  • He/she will assist the Manager in managing the outsourcing department.
  • Representing the company in meetings with clients.
  • Manages outsourced staff from recruitment to exit.
  • Generation of new outsourcing Businesses.
Requirements
  • 6 year(s) work experience in an HR department, preferably in a consulting firm.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Good experience and understanding of the end to end HR process
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively within all levels in an organization.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Good Excel skills
