Job Description
- He/she will assist the Manager in managing the outsourcing department.
- Representing the company in meetings with clients.
- Manages outsourced staff from recruitment to exit.
- Generation of new outsourcing Businesses.
Requirements
- 6 year(s) work experience in an HR department, preferably in a consulting firm.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Strong business development skills.
- Good experience and understanding of the end to end HR process
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively within all levels in an organization.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Good Excel skills
