The Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) in pursuance of its education support and knowledge sharing/transfer strategy invites suitably qualified candidates for its 2010/2011 Postgraduate Students Research Internship Programmes.
PositionOpen primarily to talented Nigerian Postgraduate Students in Nigerian Universities but in exceptional cases to Nigerians in
overseas Universities.
DurationLimited to 12 months and is non-renewable.
Discipline AreasGeology, Geophysics, Geomatics, Petroleum Engineering, Well Engineering, Production Engineering, and Surface/Facilities Engineering, Environment, and Sustainable Community Development.
Method of Application Applications from candidates should include:
* An Application letter,
* CV detailing contact phone number and the contacts of Referees
* A 3-page ‘Briefing Note’ detailing candidates postgraduate research programme:- Study background, technical objectives, expected outcomes, methodology and data required.
Selection will be based on postgraduate programmes that are relevant to Shell disciplines and business objectives.
