Job Description
- Are you hardworking, intelligent and proactive? Are you looking for a platform to showcase your potential, talents and creativity? Are you interested in having the knowledge of sales and practicing it?
- IRW Sales Academy is running a 12 weeks program for people interested in knowing and practicing Sales. During the course of the program you will be attached to different Organization to learn and practice Sales. It is a tuition free program in which you will be paid a stipend as Sales Trainees.
- Excellent Performance attract full employment opportunities in the sales functions of the different Organizations we work with.
Job Requirements
- A Graduate with at least 3 months Sales experience. Work experience as a Direct Sales Agent is an advantage.
- Not older than 28 years.
- Not employed.
- A person who wants to build a Career in Sales.

- Motivation for Sales, Presentation Skills, Exceptional Communication Skills, Meeting Sales Goals and Sales Planning.
