- A holder of M.B.B.S or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution registered with the Nigerian Medical Council (N.M.C) plus at least fifteen (15) years of cognate experience or a holder of a post-graduate qualification in Medicine plus at least twelve (12) years cognate experience
