Job Summary/Introduction
- Ceridian is a global, cloud-based software company, specialising in human capital management. They are a fast-growing cloud technology company, looking for 6 Software Developers with experience in full stack (front and back-end). Position based in Mauritius, we are open to African Nationals (non exhaustive list of countries: Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Uganda etc.).
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience with C# and SQL Server
- Strong Experience and knowledge in Object Oriented Programming using C#
- Solid knowledge in Debugging both Front end and Back-end
- 5+ years of experience building rich UIs using CSS techniques and Javascript libraries
- Keeping up to date with latest technologies on the market
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Working knowledge of web technologies including:
- Microsoft back end stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC , SQL Server)
- Javascript fundamentals (closure, ,functions, prototypes , promises, etc)
- Javascript libraries (one or more of: Dojo, React ,Angular, jQuery, etc.)
- Services - Webservices , Web API , RESTful API
- Building responsive interfaces for any browser or screen size using CSS and CSS preprocessing tools (SASS, LESS, etc.)
- Version control tools (Git, TFS, etc.)
- Experience writing Testable code ( Nunit, MsTest….etc)
Desired skilled:
- A passion for clean code
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- HCM domain experience a significant plus
- Hands on experience in applying design patterns, developing robust interfaces and user experiences, and optimising performance in single-page web applications
- Experience in enterprise software development.
