Job Title: HVAC/Electrical Comm. Engineer
Location: Nigeria
Job Roles and Functions
- Responsible for installing and maintaining the electrical components in an HVAC system, including all electrical wiring and controls. These are mostly heating and air conditioning systems, but also include ventilation, refrigeration or other climate-control systems.
- Responsible for HVAC systems in smaller buildings such as residential homes, stores or apartment buildings. They may also work at larger facilities, including office buildings, schools, hospitals and factories.
- Design and provide enhancements to all conservation programs for electricity and natural gas and assist to plant instrument and per form troubleshoot on equipment’s and ensure compliance to all EPA regulations.
- Perform audit on all HVAC system and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all log books and manage all change processes and resolve all issues .
- Analyze all load programs and perform required calculations on same and manage all electrical requirements for HVAC equipments and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Engineering in Project Management + 15 years experience
- Age: 30-60 years.
