We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Business Development

Location:
Lagos

Job Description
  • He / She will head our business development department and deliver our sales target. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, a hunger to chase and close new business and an excellent resource manager.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic business and financial plan.
  • Research competitors and market trends to find new opportunities and remain competitive on service delivery and pricing.
  • Work with management to explore various funding opportunities.
  • Develop goals for the digital marketing team and ensure they are met.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the organization.
  • Responsible for business data and knowledge management.
Requirements
  • OND/HND/ B.Sc in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • MBA and/or startup experience is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in meeting or surpassing sales target.
  • Confidence, strong communication skills and IT savvy.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Ability to excel with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Not older than 35years.
