Job Requirements
- Our client is looking for a Human Resource Director with a minimum of 15+ years’ experience of which 5 years must be in Oil and Gas at managerial level
- The ideal candidate must have an Advanced Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field
- Membership of professional HR bodies (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM etc.) will be an added advantage.
