Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Check for arithmetic accuracy of the report by checking and crosschecking the figures
- Follow up on all credit collections due
- Manage petty cash
- Issue receipts
- Maintain financial files and records
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
- Work with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
- Prepare payments and other financial documents
- Prepare monthly budget and financial reports
Educational Qualification
Experience:
- At least 2 years previous experience
Skills And Abilities:
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in accounting software
- Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
- Good leadership, stress and time management skills
