Job Descriptions
- We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Marketing team with social media management and advertisements across our franchise network.
- The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, designing, writing, executing and reporting on social media marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and lead conversions.
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day social media channels, primarily Facebook, including FB posts, replies, commenting and scheduling
- Manage Facebook account creation/maintenance and user management
- Oversees social media platform for corporate as well as 100+ company-owned and franchise-owned dealerships around the country
- Creates content for social media calendar
- Creates digital assets used for Social Media campaigns, posts, etc.
- Provides detailed reporting around Social Media performance and adjusts strategy to meet sales lead goals
- Own vendor relationships around Social Media offerings
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a primary social media role working with Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels
- Experience setting up and running ad campaigns on Facebook
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop)is plus
- Ability to monitor and communicate insights and analytics
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
