Job Responsibilities
- Manage outsourced staff from recruitment to exit.
- Investigate and consult the solutions of client questions
- Represent the company in meetings with clients
- Work with clients about new service orders
- Generate new outsourcing Businesses
- Follow up payment of clients and responsible for all bad debts of the team
- Advise recruitment channels and candidate source to support team members.
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc /HND in any field (MBA is an added advantage)
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years HR Outsourcing experience
Requirements
- Good experience and understanding of the end to end HR process
- Must have HR outsourcing experience
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Good use of MS Office
- Good knowledge of labour regulations and HR common practices.
- Good Interpersonal, Communication and Negotiation skills
