We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Settlement and Reconciliation Representative

Location: Lagos

Description of Job Duties
  • Reconcile transaction details from Card scheme against transaction details from switch
  • Process and prepare Remote onus and NOT onus card transactions such as freedom card, Master card, verve card and visa card, across all channels.
  • Reconcile Dispute Debits/Credits received from settlement Bank s/ Customer’s against actual transaction details
  • Reconcile transaction details from connected systems within a chain which come together to provide a service to ensure that processed transactions on all systems maintain the same information hence guarantying transaction integrity.
  • Preparation of card issuance statistic for regulatory bodies
  • Account statement processing for member Banks
  • Bulk payment processing for member Banks
  • Recognition and capturing of Income on all transaction processed by payment gateway
  • Reconcile transactions from our VAS platform against transaction in the Bank statement
  • Transaction Terminal recognition on 3Line payment gateway.
Experience Requirements and Skills (In Detail)
  • Excellent use of Ms office Applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, Logical, Analytical, Integrity, Organized, Accurate and pays attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure, grappling with multiple tasks
  • Creative in looking for and suggesting improvement
  • Ability to convey factual information clearly and accurately
  • General knowledge of accounting principles
  • Customer service oriented
  • Self-Motivated.
