- We are looking to hire Marketers who have had cognate experience working as marketers in financial service organizations.
Summary/Objective
- The Marketing officer oversees day to day marketing activities for the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring every sales target is met each month.
- Gaining and Converting customers into lifelong clients.
- Representing and promoting the organization’s services everywhere.
- Conducting outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to sell products and services.
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
- Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications.
- Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must have excellent data management skills.
- Candidate must have B.Sc/HND in Marketing and Business Administration or related field
- Candidate must have minimum 1 year as marketer with microfinance banks or similar organization.
- Candidate must be agile/willingness to work.
- Candidate must reside in Lagos.
Job Competencies:
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and build strong customer relationships.
- Must have strong personal network within the industry.
- Must be highly driven and passionate about sales.
- Professional sales training will be an advantage.
- Must be confident, have a dynamic personality and strong creative outlook to identify target Audience and build strong distribution channels.
- Must have the ability to meet and surpass monthly targets.
- Must have the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have the ability to work without supervision.
