Job Description
- Manage end-to-end work flow at the workshop in order to increase efficiency and customers' satisfaction
- Manage team leader's activities , job allocation, job flow and job scheduling
- Coordinate operational resource; and workshop staff for improve productivity
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards while working with the required tools
- Collaborate with GM Aftersales, Parts Manager, Technical Instructor to ensure standardization of workshop processes
- Support implementation of ANZEN & KAIZEN culture within the workshop
