Job Title: Business Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Regional Sales Manager
- Responsible for Operations & New store Development Manager
- Working with the team, under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager to establish and implement a coherent plan for the operation of the company
- He will maintain primarily liaison with the Merchandising/Logistics Director and his team to ensure optimal nexus between procurement. sales and concept stores operations
- Interacting with the merchandising and logistics team and the sales teams in the design of the annual sales budget at the various operating levels
- Working with the Regional Sales Manager to prepare the sales operations plan at various levels.
- Working with the logistics team in planning logistics plans and programs Interacting with the product service teams to ensure that delivery and product service plans are optimal
- Interacting with the sales, logistics and concept stores to ensure that inter¬connecting value chain plans are optimized.
- Co-ordinating periodic Business Operations Meetings
- Carry put periodic field inspection trips to concept stores to evaluate and enhance concept stores operations
- Preparing periodic reports on Business Operations to his line and other top managers
Requirements
- Strong planning and Organization skills
- Co-ordinating complex multi unit operations
- Strong IT competences
- Ability to work under stress
- University degree 2. 1 with ideally a masters degree in Business or related discipline
- Not less than 8 years experience in Sales Operation and Administration in a multi location FMCS
- Ideal candidates will currently be functioning as Sales Operations/Administrative Manager in a related retail organization
