Job Description
- Provide support to the company’s business in origination and execution of capital issues and advisory business transactions and mandates.
Job Summary
- Prospective applicant will be involved in creating marketing collateral and presenting financial information, conducting valuation analyses, and managing the creation and execution of client transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop presentations and proposals (including “pitch books”) to prospects and clients for debt/equity transactions.
- Develop/Review and investigate key aspects of financial models (including financial analysis, pricing, valuation, capital, and other business decision making
- Carry out detailed research, comparative/industry analysis and analysis to assist in new investment origination and execution.
- Production of transaction documents relevant to the execution of assigned projects
- Liaising with relevant regulatory authorities, such as Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as may be relevant to the execution of mandates.
- Developing business plans and feasibility studies on identified opportunities.
- Support management of the transaction process from origination to closing and process the administration of each transaction process.
- Keep abreast of new regulations or policies that may affect earnings and the investment portfolio.
- Assist in preparing client presentations for presentations to prospects;
Role Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting & Finance or related discipline.
- Professional certifications in CFA, ACA, ACCA will be an added advantage
- Strong research, financial modeling, High level of proficiency in Excel , analytical and valuation skills.
- Excellent problem solving, organization and quick learner.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Willingness to work across the organization in support of ad hoc projects as required.
