We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Plant Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Requirements
- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations and monitor plant cleanliness.
- Ensuring that set targets are met.
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Be accountable for production output, product quality .
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
- Repair and maintain all equipment in the Plant or contact a third party vendor
- Supervise all Plant Operators.
Required Education and Experience
- OND in Mechanical/Electrical and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of experience.
- Production maintenance experience should be an added advantage.
